As the Practice Host, you're the first face our members see, the calm in a stressful moment, the person who remembers their pet's name and makes them feel genuinely looked after. You'll manage the flow of the clinic, handle everything from bookings and payments to sensitive bereavement conversations, and be the kind of person your team relies on to keep things running brilliantly, even when it's busy. You'll champion our membership model, build meaningful relationships within the local community, and contribute directly to the growth and success of the clinic. As a Practice Host, you'll play a key role in shaping the experience of our members, helping to ensure the clinic looks, feels, and operates to the exceptional standards that define Creature Comforts every day.

Requirements:
