Who We Are: CreatorWorks is the UK’s first creator-led growth agency helping the next generation of tech companies unlock growth through creators. Since launching in 2025, we’ve worked with a range of tech companies from pre-seed AI startups to Series C enterprises in industries from marketing to compliance. From LinkedIn to Instagram to YouTube and Podcasts, we help the most ambitious tech companies build and grow their creator programs into their top performing growth channel. We’re a fast-growing startup and this is a chance to join as one of the earliest team members shaping the future of the company. We care as much about helping you grow in your career as we do delivering great work for our clients and want this role to be as exciting and fulfilling for you as possible.
Who We’re Looking for: We're hiring a freelance Creator Campaign Manager who is both fascinated by the latest and greatest creator campaigns, but also deep in the rabbit hole on the latest AI tools and launches. You’ll own the success of creator campaigns from end-to-end, from building the campaign strategy, to managing hundreds of creators, all the way to reporting on the campaign results. If you're an influencer marketer, growth marketer, or GTM engineer and always thought that there could be more to the work you're doing, this role could be for you, joining at the early stage of a startup at the intersection of the two most exciting industries - the creator economy and AI.
What You’ll Do:
- Be Creative: Turn client briefs and ideas into a clear creator campaign strategy
- Be Organised: Work with our founder to manage hundreds of creators across multiple campaigns and platforms to ensure campaigns run smoothly
- Be Ambitious: Find, use, and upskill in AI tools to improve internal processes in running campaigns
- Be Proactive: Manage the success on client accounts (not everything is going to go perfectly but it’s the response to that and the solutions we bring that matter)
- Be Curious: Analyse our campaign data and creator performance to find the insights that matter to us and our clients
You’ll Succeed in this Role if:
- Have 2+ years in influencer or tech marketing/growth (B2B experience is ideal but B2C campaigns on Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok are great too)
- You're curious about everything and always looking for a new and better way to do things
- You’re willing to break things, learn from it, and go again
- You’re always testing new AI tools whether at work or in your free time
- You’re confident in your ability and enjoy the challenge of figuring things out for the first time
- You're entrepreneurial and have startup experience or have always been curious about starting your own business but maybe haven’t taken the leap just yet
Details: Part-time freelancer role with scope to extend into full-time. Fully remote (UK preferred but other locations considered).
Hiring Process: Quick intro with the founder, Paid assessment task, Final interview discussing task.
Ideal Start Date: May 18th, 2026.
