Who We’re Looking for: We're hiring a freelance Creator Campaign Manager who is fascinated by the latest creator campaigns and deep in the rabbit hole on the latest AI tools and launches. You’ll own the success of creator campaigns from end-to-end, from building the campaign strategy to managing hundreds of creators, all the way to reporting on the campaign results.
What You’ll Do:
- Be Creative: Turn client briefs and ideas into a clear creator campaign strategy.
- Be Organised: Work with our founder to manage hundreds of creators across multiple campaigns and platforms to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
- Be Ambitious: Find, use, and upskill in AI tools to improve internal processes in running campaigns.
- Be Proactive: Manage the success on client accounts and respond to challenges with effective solutions.
- Be Curious: Analyse our campaign data and creator performance to find the insights that matter to us and our clients.
You’ll Succeed in this Role if:
- Have 2+ years in influencer or tech marketing/growth (B2B experience is ideal but B2C campaigns on Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok are great too).
- You're curious about everything and always looking for a new and better way to do things.
- You’re willing to break things, learn from it, and go again.
- You’re always testing new AI tools whether at work or in your free time.
- You’re confident in your ability and enjoy the challenge of figuring things out for the first time.
- You're entrepreneurial and have startup experience or have always been curious about starting your own business.
Details: Part-time freelancer role with scope to extend into full-time. Fully remote (UK preferred but other locations considered).
