Now, as part of SWNS Media Group, we’re using our knowledge and experience to create our own publishing network, launching original multi-platform content that engages audiences and generates revenue. We’re sharing our organic format expertise with brands, helping them to reach and engage new audiences with compelling social video content.
We’re looking for a Freelance Social Video Development Producer with strong experience in branded digital content and social-first format development. You’ll develop formats for multiple video platforms, with a focus on TikTok and Instagram, building pitch decks and treatments.
Key Responsibilities- Work with the Senior Development Producer, Creative Director and sales teams to respond to brand briefs, developing strong digital formats and social-first video concepts.
- Develop repeatable, scalable branded formats for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook & YouTube.
- Help shape creative responses for brand partners, ensuring ideas are audience-led, platform-native and commercially viable.
- Create pitch decks, treatments and format documents.
- Translate brand objectives into engaging digital content formats that can build reach, engagement and brand affinity.
- Work with internal teams to ensure branded ideas are practical to produce, deliverable within budget and aligned with Creatorville’s wider creative standards.
- Build format structures, episode outlines, talent briefs, production notes and creative guardrails.
- Support production of pilots, proofs of concept and branded content shoots where required.
- Work collaboratively with sales and commercial teams to develop creative ideas that support revenue opportunities.
- Help identify how Creatorville formats can be adapted or extended for brand partners.
- Support the development of case studies and post-campaign materials that demonstrate performance, audience impact and creative effectiveness.
- Proven experience in video format development for digital platforms.
- Deep understanding of social-first content with a focus on TikTok and Instagram.
- Experience working with sales, commercial or partnerships teams on client briefs or branded content pitches.
- Track record of creating commercially viable formats which secured brand partnerships.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills for treatments and pitch decks.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement.
- Commercially aware, with an understanding of how branded content delivers value for clients.
- Deep understanding of social platforms, performance metrics and growth tactics and able to use this knowledge to develop outstanding social content.
- Strong awareness of cultural conversations, trends and emerging talent, with a passion for translating what’s happening in culture into relevant, shareable content ideas.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Confident communicator and relationship builder.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent deck building skills including Canva.
- Experience producing branded content for publishers, media owners, agencies or social first studios.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and using performance insights to improve creative development.
- Adobe Premier Pro and vertical video app editing skills.
