The role
We’re looking for a Freelance Senior Brand Designer to help shape how CreatorOS shows up in the world. We want our brand to feel as creative as our mission. This isn’t a “make a few ads” role. It’s a hands‑on, brand‑shaping role. You’ll be responsible for developing visual guidelines, building scalable design toolkits, and creating exceptional work that communicates our brand and creator positioning with confidence. You’ll work with our co‑founders, marketing manager, and social media manager to evolve the CreatorOS look and feel into something distinctive, confident and unmistakably creative. You have design flair, but you don’t just design nice things - you build foundations and design systems that scale. You understand social and creator culture instinctively. You know how to make work that feels bold and original. Most importantly, you move quickly, without compromising on craft or attention to detail.
The sort of stuff you’ll do in this role:
- Define and evolve the CreatorOS marketing visual identity
- Develop product marketing visuals for our brand and creator products
- Make scalable brand guidelines and toolkits
- Design simple, beautiful, and effective website landing pages
- Create paid ad creatives and campaign visuals that stand out
- Build social templates that can run on repeat
- Layout sales and presentation decks that our team are proud to use
- Design awesome merch that people actually want to wear or keep!
We’re looking for someone who...
- Shares our obsession with understanding the world of creators
- Has at least 5 years experience in brand design in agencies or B2C startups
- Has a strong portfolio of brand development and implementation
- Is awesome at Figma (and Figma Buzz)
- Has ridiculous attention to detail
- Gets annoyed with bad kerning and line-spacing
- Can write half‑decent copy
- Wants to get stuck in and brings bags of ideas and enthusiasm

- Make your own social content on YT, Insta, or TikTok
