CreatorIQ is seeking a Vice President of Sales, EMEA to lead our Enterprise Sales team and accelerate our expansion across the EU. Reporting to Brian Atwood, Chief Sales Officer, this leader will be responsible for building net-new enterprise business, expanding strategic customer relationships, and developing a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in London, offering flexibility and the opportunity to play a critical role in scaling CreatorIQ’s enterprise growth across the region.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Lead, develop, and strengthen a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives, creating clear expectations, strong coaching practices, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Build and execute an EMEA enterprise sales strategy focused on net-new customer acquisition, and growth within existing enterprise accounts.
  • Develop a strong, sustainable pipeline and maintain forecasting discipline that improves accuracy, visibility, and predictability across the region.
  • Accelerate enterprise revenue growth by leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and helping the team effectively engage C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.
  • Own regional sales performance against quarterly and annual revenue objectives, leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities, risks, and actions necessary to drive results and compress deal cycles.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise customers and prospects, serving as a senior commercial partner and trusted advisor throughout the full customer lifecycle.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and other cross-functional teams to align go-to-market priorities, support customer growth, and strengthen CreatorIQ’s position in the market.
  • Identify opportunities to expand CreatorIQ’s presence across priority EU markets while staying close to industry trends, competitive dynamics, and evolving customer needs.
  • Uplevel the Enterprise Sales organization by improving sales practices, talent development, operating discipline, and the systems and processes needed to support sustainable growth.

Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience, with a focus on enterprise sales in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven success leading and developing enterprise sales teams and delivering sustained revenue growth.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and selling to large organizations.
  • Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.
  • A strategic and commercially focused approach, with the ability to translate company growth priorities into clear regional sales plans and execution.
  • A data-driven approach to pipeline management, forecasting, performance measurement, and sales decision-making.
  • Strong proficiency with sales tools and CRM systems, including Salesforce, and a deep understanding of pipeline management and reporting.
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time across EMEA.
  • Experience in marketing technology and/or the creator or influencer marketing industry, and additional European language capabilities such as French or Spanish, are a plus.
