We're hiring a Video Sales Lead at Creator Access. Creator Access is the world's first creator-powered media sales business — a JV between Arcade Media (The Sidemen's management company) and Viewture (Data Insights and Creator Funding), operating inside YouTube's Partner Sales Programme. We're putting creator content on the media planning schedule. We need someone to help sell it.

The role:

  • Agency sales: Sell Creator Access's premium reserved video inventory to media agencies across your two holdco accounts, targeting buyers at AV, Programmatic and investment level.
  • Pipeline management: Own your individual sales pipeline end-to-end — prospecting, brief response, proposal development, negotiation, and close.
  • Relationship development: Build strong working relationships with agency planners, buyers, and heads of investment across your holdco patch.
  • Brief inclusion: Work to get Creator Access onto AV and digital video briefs as a standard line item alongside broadcast and premium digital alternatives.
  • Integrated partnerships: Collaborate with Arcade's Creator Partnerships team on deals that combine reserved media with content integrations and Sidemen talent partnerships.
  • Insight-led selling: Use audience data, measurement outputs, and case studies to make the commercial case for Creator Access at TV-comparable CPMs.
  • Market feedback: Feed agency and client insight back into the commercial team to sharpen product positioning and packaging.

You'll need:

  • 5+ years experience in media sales, ideally in digital video, YouTube, CTV, or broadcast.
  • Existing relationships with UK media agencies — specifically across your designated holdcos.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to present and defend a premium CPM proposition.
  • Self-starter mentality — able to manage your own pipeline and hit targets in a lean, growing team.
  • Collaborative approach — able to work across sales, partnerships, and creative functions.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for the creator economy and the opportunity it presents for brands.
