We're hiring a Head of Sales at Creator Access. Creator Access is the world's first creator-powered media sales business — a JV between Arcade Media (The Sidemen's management company) and Viewture (Data Insights and Creator funding), operating inside YouTube's Partner Sales Programme. We're putting creator content on the media planning schedule. We need someone to lead that commercially.
The role:
- Own the agency sales function, manage a team of Video Sales Leads, and drive Creator Access onto holdco briefs as a standard AV/Programmatic line item — working closely with Arcade on integrated Sidemen partnerships.
You’ll need:
- 10+ years in media sales, with a background in premium video, CTV, or broadcast inventory
- Senior holdco relationships across at least two of the big four (WPP, Publicis, Omnicom, Dentsu)
- Experience owning a revenue target and managing a sales team
