CreativeX is seeking a Talent Acquisition and Development Lead to own our end-to-end recruitment strategy, from sourcing to offer. You will also follow new hires into the business, shaping their first six months and building onboarding and training programs that enable rapid, high-quality performance.

Working closely with hiring managers and the Associate Director of People, you will drive strategic initiatives across the company, including performance management and leadership development.
