About the Role
The CreativeX Customer Experience team works to provide a worldâclass experience for our clients through strategic account management, innovative technical solutions, and timely customer support. The team focuses on implementing scalable solutions and leverages deep product expertise to realise the full value of our service for our clients.
As an Implementation Manager, you will be integral in transforming strategic partnership goals into operational plans, managing client onboarding, and ensuring seamless project execution. Youâll work closely with Global Client Partners (GCPs), Customer Success Managers, Client POCs, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and maintain strong client relationships.
What Youâll Be Doing
- Partnering with crossâfunctional teams to turn strategic partnership goals into an operational plan for the year, reviewed quarterly.
- Liaise with client/GCPs to clearly identify a clientâs yearly goals, targets, and KPIs.
- Create a yearly and quarterly operations plan for all clients based on clients\â goals.
- Address new issues and updates for the client, and provide effective operational solutions.
- Manage the flow of onboarding clients ahead of time and approximate workloads and connection/spend sprints with the Operations Team.
- Build and manage processes for application rollouts, new channel rollouts, and market expansions.
- Liaise with preâsales Solution Engineer and Sales Director to understand a clientâs pain points, org structure, and key goals for kickâoff.
- Establish and implement standardised âways of workingâ & deliverables with a clientâs agency partners (e.g., Quarterly spend reports, Ad account hygiene best practice).
- Own key relationships and hold strategic faceâtoâface meetings with agency & clientâs media team partners.
What Weâre Looking For
- 3â5 years of experience in a Solutions Engineer or similar role, ideally with enterpriseâlevel customers.
- Experience with Ad Operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised and detailâoriented.
- Proficient with Google Sheets/Excel.
- Proven capacity to manage complex projects and drive to resolution.
- Experience with technical onboarding and client management.
- Resourceful, hardâworking, and solutionsâoriented mindset â you work to solve problems proactively, exceeding client expectations.

The base salary range for this role is $70,000â$80,000 USD per year, based on experience and location.
