We\’re Hiring: Versioning Producer (Midweight)

Are you an organised, proactive, and detail-driven versioning producer with a passion for film and entertainment? We’re looking for a Midweight Versioning Producer to join our agency client in London.

You’ll manage the localisation and delivery of TV, radio, social, trailers, and digital out-of-home assets across a range of high-profile campaigns.

You’ll be working alongside a talented in-house and freelance post team, ensuring top-tier production and smooth delivery — from brief to final file.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage AV localisation/versioning projects across multiple channels
• Lead client communication and QC campaign materials before delivery
• Schedule and facilitate VO sessions and audio mixes
• Liaise with media buyers and manage trafficking & copy clearance (Clearcast, Caria, etc.)
• Collaborate with account teams on budgeting, reconciliation, and timelines

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid background in AV delivery across social, digital, broadcast, and radio
• Confident using Clearcast, Audiotrack, Peach, CAA, Caria
• Calm under pressure, collaborative by nature, and laser-focused on detail
• A passion for film, entertainment, and great creative
