Are you an experienced Project Manager who loves building strong client relationships and working on exciting consumer FMCG brands?
We’re working with a growing global agency that’s looking for a Senior Project Manager to join its team, working across a portfolio of well-known FMCG food brands.
You’ll be at the heart of the client relationship, working across branding and packaging , while helping to deliver projects, manage budgets and ensure internal teams are coordinated.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage projects from brief through to final delivery
- Successfully manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Build project plans, timelines and workflows
- Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to brief
- Lead project status meetings and communicate progress clearly
- Maintain project documentation, trackers and reporting
- Support process improvements across the team
- Support your Account team on a daily basis with admin related tasks
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a branding, packaging or design agency
- Good commercial awareness and financial management skills
- A solid understanding of branding, packaging and the creative process
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Confident stakeholder management and a proactive approach
- Someone collaborative, organised and solutions-focused
- Ideally, an interest in FMCG, food, snacking or consumer brands
