We are working with an award-winning Brand Experience agency that collaborates with great clients across Entertainment, Beauty, TECH, FMCG, Alcohol & Beverages. The work is diverse and fun, including product launches, events, and in-store activations. The culture is great, with a people-first approach, and the agency has won several 'great place to work' awards.

They are looking for a talented Senior Creative Art Director to be their lead Creative for their Beauty Clients. The ideal candidate should understand trends and audiences, or at least have an interest in Beauty. This role is highly conceptual and ideas-based, not focused on design, as they have a great Design team.

  • 50% in-store activations
  • 50% events / OOH

The right candidate must have proven experience working on brand activation projects in an agency environment, ideally for Beauty clients. They should have an understanding of Brand Behaviour in all creative channels and be confident in taking projects from concept to final delivery. The candidate should be able to take initiative while also being happy to collaborate with the team.

Client facing experience is essential.
