3 Days a week in the office. Working for an award‑winning global creative experiential and production agency in a team of 5 with 50 people in the London office. Luxury, designer fashion and beauty experience compulsory for the role with an experiential agency background.

This crucial role will sit at the heart of the experiential and events operation, working closely with the production team and reporting to the Production Manager. With your organisational skills, financial acumen, and ability to manage complex production schedules, you will facilitate the creation of award‑winning content across live stream, live broadcast, and branded content for a diverse range of clients.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate production resources, ensuring efficient allocation and availability for all projects.
  • Create, maintain, and manage detailed production and work‑back schedules.
  • Sourcing materials, props, influencers, and managing event projects with autonomy.
  • Contract and manage external freelance production resources as needed.
  • Perform on‑site/on‑production coordination of schedules, talent, and budgets.
  • Oversee budget management across all production projects, ensuring cost‑effectiveness and adherence to financial parameters.
  • Track invoices, raise purchase orders, and conduct budget checks.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, managing expectations and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with Producers to understand project briefs, KPIs, and objectives, ensuring these are effectively incorporated into the production process.
  • Regularly report project status, budget updates, and potential issues to the Head of Production, Production Manager, and relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Production Coordinator in an events or experiential agency.
  • High‑end fashion, luxury, or beauty background compulsory.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Solid financial acumen, with experience in budget management and financial coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a client‑centric mindset.
