We’re looking for a thoughtful, strategic, and people-first Managing Director to lead our experiential agency into its next exciting chapter. In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, business growth, champion client relationships, and drive the development of impactful, inclusive marketing strategies. Working closely with the Co-Founders, you’ll help shape the agency’s direction balancing innovation, commercial success, and a strong commitment to culture and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead operations across teams and projects, ensuring smooth delivery and high standards.
- Collaborate on strategy with the leadership team to define and deliver long-term business goals.
- Oversee finances, including budgets, profitability, and reporting, in partnership with our finance support.
- Foster an inclusive team culture, supporting recruitment, development, and retention of diverse talent.
- Strengthen client relationships, ensuring needs are met with creativity, care, and attention.
- Drive business development, identifying new opportunities and building strategic partnerships.
- Represent the agency publicly through thought leadership, industry events, and media engagement.
