We’re looking for a highly driven, hands-on Senior Designer to join an award-winning agency team and deliver outstanding creative work across a range of exciting brands. This role will sit with the Brand Activation team and focus on retail campaigns with a big focus on shopper for Health & Beauty, Retail, FMCG clients. Besides shopper activations, you will also work on experiential, branding, OOH, and integrated 360 campaigns, helping bring ideas to life from concept through to final delivery. This role is perfect for someone who combines strong design craft with big creative thinking, thrives under pressure, and enjoys collaborating with teams and clients alike.
What you’ll be doing:
- Creating impactful 2D & 3D campaign concepts across POS, retail, branding and BTL
- Designing pitch decks, presentations and client-facing creative
- Producing high-quality visuals and original assets
- Pushing creative standards while keeping commercial objectives in mind
- Collaborating with internal teams and presenting ideas to clients
- Keeping ahead of trends to inspire fresh thinking
What we’re looking for:
- Proven agency experience in a creative team
- Strong FMCG / Retail / POS experience
- Expert skills in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Strong 3D skills in Cinema 4D, Redshift and/or Blender
- Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Confident communicator with presentation skills
Bonus skills:
- After Effects, Figma, Illustration, Storyboarding
