We are working with an award-winning Brand Experience agency that collaborates with great clients across Entertainment, Beauty, TECH, FMCG, Alcohol & Beverages. The work is fun and diverse, including product launches, events, and in-store activations. The culture is great with a people-first approach, and the agency has won several "great place to work awards".
They are looking for a talented Senior Creative Art Director to be their lead Creative for their Beauty Clients. The ideal candidate should understand trends and audiences, or at least have an interest in Beauty. This role is highly conceptual and ideas-based, not focused on design, as there is a strong design team in place.
The role involves:
- 50% in-store activations
- 50% events / OOH
The right candidate must have:
- Proven experience working on brand activation projects in an agency environment, ideally for Beauty clients
- Understanding of Brand Behaviour in all creative channels
- Confidence in taking projects from concept to final delivery, with the ability to take initiative while also collaborating with the team
- Client-facing experience
