The Role
- As our new

, you’ll be the glue that keeps projects running smoothly from concept to completion.

- What You’ll Do
- Turn ideas into action plans—preparing cost estimates, purchase orders, and profit & loss reports.
- Keep clients in the loop with clear, friendly, and professional communication.
- Manage health & safety documentation and ensure compliance during installations.
- Oversee paperwork for retail fit‑outs and international airport projects.
- Be our eyes and ears on‑site, making sure installations run smoothly and safely.
- Create presentation documents that showcase the journey from design to delivery.
- Build great relationships with clients, suppliers, and teammates.
- Work closely with the design team to understand how big ideas take shape.
About You
You might be early in your career, but you’re ready to learn, adapt, and make an impact. Ideally, you:
- Have 1+ year in a design agency (retail a plus, not essential).
- Love building relationships and solving problems.
- Are organised, detail‑focused, and thrive under deadlines.
- Are comfortable with Microsoft Office and quick to pick up new tools.
