Senior Account Director/Group Account Director - Brand experience and experiential Agency
12 month contract maternity cover starting February

The role of Sr Account Director/Group Account Director:
As a GAD at this agency, you will play an integral part by representing the company through faultless account management and client services. You will be responsible for ensuring major clients receive the best service for all projects. You will lead the day to day tasks of assigned client’s business, whilst looking ahead to plan resource and identify opportunities of future growth and where to add value. You will have the ability to evaluate and adapt to changing situations and be agile with responses, with the ability to have difficult conversations without escalation and with constant levels of professionalism. The role will see you work within the creative project management team and forge a relationship with your peers, ensuring you all work together to enable thorough understanding of procedures and processes.
Duties and Responsibilities of Account Director:
- Managing of account P&L across projects that are being run by the whole team
- Production of Cost Estimates and POs for clients and suppliers
- Regular email communication to clients, ensuring they are kept informed at all times throughout the project
- Monitoring performance of team members and running regular reviews for their development
- Development of the team helping them to grow, learn and improve
- Overseeing process within the team and evaluating ways of working
- Client relationship development, developing strong ties with key client stakeholders in the accounts that you direct and ensure that the agency is delivering against their goals and objectives
- Preparing neat, thorough and clear presentations for the client following a successful installation
As Group Account Director:
- Must come from an experiential agency background
- Must have worked on booze brands so very good knowledge of this
- Have significant client-facing experience with the ability to constantly engage with clients and suppliers, being extremely personable throughout
- Have proven record of successfully leading profitable projects with high profile clients
- A strong proven ability to grow and expand both new and existing business
- Engaging and nurturing managerial skills and be a confident team leader
- Ideally have design and build knowledge, understanding of materials and technical drawings
- Have a passion for Booze clients with an understanding of the consumer experience
- Be creatively minded, being a person who loves to bring ideas to the table, showing willingness to input and add value wherever possible
