Account Director Events B to B agency - 12 month maternity contract - Start date October. 3 days a week in the London office B to B across conferences and exhibitions across tech clients.

We’re looking for an Account Director to help deliver bold, immersive brand experiences as well as conferences and exhibitions across the tech industry. Working closely with the Business Director, you’ll lead projects from brief to delivery — shaping clear plans, managing timelines and budgets (typically £400K+), and ensuring work is delivered to a high standard. You’ll collaborate across creative, design, production and operations teams, keeping communication clear and documentation organised so every detail aligns with the vision. You’ll build trusted client relationships, identify opportunities to add value and support account growth. Alongside strong delivery, you’ll manage financial processes confidently — tracking costs, protecting margins and ensuring commercial clarity throughout each project.

About You

  • You bring experience at Account Director level within a brand experience or events agency.
  • You’re confident leading mid-to-large-scale live projects, balancing creativity with practical delivery within B to B.
