We’re looking for a strong, commercially driven Account Director with proven experience delivering digital and integrated campaigns and a real passion for nurturing and growing client relationships. This is a hands-on senior role within a full-service agency environment, working across everything from social, video and email to POS and digital platforms. You’ll act as the senior client contact, lead nimble cross-disciplinary teams, and play a key role in shaping ideas, proposals and long-term account growth.
The Role
- Lead the delivery of integrated campaigns and standalone digital projects
- Act as the senior point of contact for client stakeholders
- Balance creative ambition with commercial responsibility
- Grow accounts while maintaining strong profit margins
- Confidently pitch ideas, strategy and solutions to senior clients
- Work collaboratively across creative, strategy, production and delivery teams

About You
- Significant experience managing large accounts and teams within a mid-sized agency
- Strong knowledge across digital channels including web, social, video (AR/VR a bonus)
- Exceptional project, time and budget management skills
- Confidence presenting and pitching at a senior level
- A proactive, positive attitude and genuine passion for digital innovation
Experience Required
- Senior-level client relationship management experience
- Proven ability to plan, scope, budget and forecast across multiple clients
- Experience managing annual revenue targets and monitoring monthly performance
- Delivery of world-class digital solutions across multiple platforms
