We are working with an established award-winning brand design agency, based in London. They have been around for over 20 years and are expanding their team. They have a really nice culture, everyone gets along well, celebrates successes, and maintains a good work/life balance. They offer bonuses to their staff—depending on company/personal performance—to ensure their hard work gets rewarded.

Their 2D design team includes a mid-weight designer, a Senior, a CD, and an ECD, and they are looking for a Senior Designer to join the team. Work is extremely varied, making it impossible to get bored. They specialise in Branding and Packaging, but that is only 50% of the work; the other 50% involves ATL/TTL campaigns across all touch points, including ATL advertising, digital, and brand activations.

As an example, they create many key visuals for limited editions and are asked to develop the entire campaign. They are looking for someone highly conceptual with strong experience in branding and packaging, as well as the ability to translate those Key Visuals into different touch points. The Senior Designer will have ownership of projects, so they must be confident leading projects and presenting their work.
