We are working with an independent creative agency specialising in event production and immersive brand experiences.
They are quite an established agency, know by their creativity and work with some of the world’s most distinguished luxury, lifestyle, and fashion brands, curating and producing exceptional experiences across the globe.
With a dedicated team of 30 spanning creative, design, and production, they pride themselves on innovation, craft, and cultural resonance.

As a Lead Conceptual Designer, you will report to the Head of Creative and spearhead the conceptual and visual direction of world-class experiential projects across fashion, beauty, luxury lifestyle, and art and mentor 2 more junior designers.
This position will blend strategic thinking with bold creative execution, guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver work that is culturally relevant, emotionally resonant, and flawlessly crafted.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and shape creative concepts across experiential activations, content, installations, events, and exhibitions.
- Inspire and mentor both internal teams and external collaborators throughout the creative process.
- Translate brand strategy and client briefs into elevated, visually striking creative outputs.
- Pitch and present confidently to senior stakeholders, articulating creative rationale with authority.
- Uphold the highest standards of craft, innovation, and brand alignment across all deliverables.
- Partner with producers to ensure concepts are realised seamlessly within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Anticipate and leverage cultural, fashion, design, and technology trends to keep work cutting-edge.
- Champion a creative culture within the agency through thought leadership and mentorship.
Ideal Candidate
- Solid creative experience in Events / Brand Activation agency
- A proven track record of leading and delivering world-class creative work within high-profile brands.
- Exceptional design and art direction skills with a refined eye for storytelling, design, and typography.
- Conceptual thinker, able to translate abstract ideas into tangible creative solutions.
- 360 experiential vision with strong strategic insight.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills, adept at engaging senior clients.
- Hands-on with Adobe Creative Suite, Vectorworks (or similar CAD tools), and familiar with production processes across print, digital, film, and experiential.
