We are supporting an independent agency who work with brilliant global brands and produce Genz targeted campaigns. They are growing and are now looking for a Group Account Director.
You’ll take ownership of several UK client accounts across some of the world’s biggest and most recognised brands, as the senior strategic lead responsible for their continued success and future growth.
The role
- Own the strategic direction of multiple key client accounts.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across functions and markets
- Lead annual planning, quarterly business reviews and long-term global growth strategies
- Grow business relationships into new disciplines: experiential, brand activations, creator and influencer, social and content, talent partnerships, PR, insights and community platforms
- Own forecasting, commercial planning, profitability across accounts
- Lead and mentor your team.
About you
- Agency or mix of agency and brand side experience.
- Proven track record leading large client partnerships and multi-million-pound accounts
- Strong grounding in integrated campaigns, experiential, social, influencer.
- Financial and commercial acumen.
- A proven record of building high-performing teams
