Are you an organised, proactive, and detail-driven versioning producer with a passion for film and entertainment? We’re looking for a Midweight Versioning Producer to join our agency client in London.
You’ll manage the localisation and delivery of TV, radio, social, trailers, and digital out-of-home assets across a range of high-profile campaigns. You’ll be working alongside a talented in-house and freelance post team, ensuring top-tier production and smooth delivery — from brief to final file.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage AV localisation/versioning projects across multiple channels
- Lead client communication and QC campaign materials before delivery
- Schedule and facilitate VO sessions and audio mixes
- Liaise with media buyers and manage trafficking & copy clearance (Clearcast, Caria, etc.)
- Collaborate with account teams on budgeting, reconciliation, and timelines

- Solid background in AV delivery across social, digital, broadcast, and radio
- Confident using Clearcast, Audiotrack, Peach, CAA, Caria
