Our client is entering an exciting phase of growth and creative evolution — and we’re looking for an experienced, inspiring creative business leader to help drive their next chapter. The Business Director will play a pivotal role in shaping how the agency operates and grows. You’ll work closely with the Managing Partner, Creative Director, and Group leadership to ensure they deliver bold, high-quality creative work while maintaining operational excellence across the business.

  • Strengthen key client relationships with senior-level insight and guidance
  • Maintain financial accountability, forecasting, and billing oversight
  • Ensure robust project management and smooth internal/external communication
  • Support new business development across film and entertainment
  • Nurture and expand relationships with existing clients
  • Help shape agency strategy and future service offerings
  • Provide positive, day-to-day leadership across creative, production, digital & client teams
  • Foster a collaborative, motivated culture with clear communication and accountability
