We are working with an established award-winning brand design agency. They have been around for many years and have offices in London and the USA. They have a great structure, with mid-weight designers, Senior Designers, Design Directors, Creative Directors, and Executive Creative Directors.
They are looking for another Design Director to co-direct one of their main clients - a Beauty/Self-care brand, but the Design Director will still have exposure to other clients - FMCG/Premium brands. The work will focus 70-80% on Packaging and 20-30% on other brand touch-points.
They are looking for someone highly conceptual with big ideas and system thinking—someone who can see how a brand can expand and is very confident leading projects and presenting their work to clients.
It's a brilliant agency to work for; everyone loves it there and tends to stay for many years. They ensure everyone gets career development. The agency is doing really well, which is why they are expanding the team.
