We’re looking for a strong, commercially driven Account Director with proven experience delivering digital and integrated campaigns and a real passion for nurturing and growing client relationships. This is a hands-on senior role within a full-service agency environment, working across everything from social, video and email to POS and digital platforms. You’ll act as the senior client contact, lead nimble cross-disciplinary teams, and play a key role in shaping ideas, proposals and long-term account growth.

The Role

  • Lead the delivery of integrated campaigns and standalone digital projects
  • Act as the senior point of contact for client stakeholders
  • Balance creative ambition with commercial responsibility

About You

  • Significant experience managing large accounts and teams within a mid-sized agency
  • Strong knowledge across digital channels including web, social, video (AR/VR a bonus)
  • Exceptional project, time and budget management skills
  • Confidence presenting and pitching at a senior level
  • A proactive, positive attitude and genuine passion for digital innovation

Experience Required

  • Senior-level client relationship management experience
  • Proven ability to plan, scope, budget and forecast across multiple clients
  • Experience managing annual revenue targets and monitoring monthly performance
  • Delivery of world-class digital solutions across multiple platforms
