We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Traffic/Resource Manager to join a busy creative studio. This is a pivotal role that sits at the centre of the agency, acting as the gatekeeper for all incoming work and ensuring briefs are complete, accurate, and ready for delivery.

The Role

As Traffic/Resource Manager, you will be responsible for managing the flow of work through the studio, ensuring projects are properly briefed, correctly prioritised, and resourced effectively. You'll work closely with internal teams including Client Services, Production, Creative, Design, and Artwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and validate all incoming briefs before they enter the studio.
  • Ensure briefs contain clear objectives, deliverables, timelines, technical specifications, and all required assets.
  • Challenge and reject incomplete briefs where critical information is missing.
  • Drive consistency and continuous improvement in briefing standards.
  • Manage the day-to-day flow of work across the creative studio.
  • Collaborate with department leads to allocate work based on capacity, capability, and deadlines.
  • Monitor studio workloads and identify potential bottlenecks.
  • Ensure deadlines are realistic, achievable, and aligned with quality expectations.
  • Build strong relationships across internal teams.
  • Support resource planning and workflow meetings.
  • Help develop and maintain briefing templates, workflows, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve studio efficiency and utilisation.
  • Support reporting on studio capacity, workload, and workflow trends.
  • Champion process improvements that help creative teams work more effectively.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Traffic Manager, Resource Manager, Studio Manager, or similar role within a creative, marketing, retail, or entertainment agency.
  • Experience managing high-volume, fast-turnaround creative workflows.
  • Strong understanding of briefing processes and creative production environments.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using workflow, traffic, or resource management systems.
  • Understanding of print, retail, shopper marketing, POS, OOH, digital, and campaign adaptation workflows.
