We’re working with a fast-growing international youth and community marketing agency that helps global brands connect authentically with young audiences. They’re looking for an Account Executive / Community Manager to support campaigns across the UK, France and Germany. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to develop experience across youth marketing, community, social, experiential and talent management.
What you’ll be doing:
- Recruit, onboard and manage brand ambassadors across the UK, France and Germany.
- Build and grow community networks.
- Manage ambassador schedules, communications and ongoing engagement.
- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their campaign and community requirements.
- Support live campaigns, resolving staffing and operational issues quickly.
- Monitor ambassador performance across digital and live activations.
- Prepare client status reports and contact reports.
- Support youth insight sessions and wider agency campaigns.
- Assist with staffing budgets and campaign costs.
What we’re looking for:
- Fluent German or French and English – essential.
- You may have experience in recruitment, events, hospitality, campus marketing, student ambassador programmes, community management or another customer-facing environment.
- A confident and natural communicator.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused.
- Confident building relationships with both clients and young people.
- Interested in youth culture, social media and experiential marketing.
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
- An interest in technology, innovation and emerging consumer trends would be a bonus.

- London-based / hybrid – must be within easy commuting distance.
- You’ll be joining an ambitious international agency working with some of the world’s biggest brands and helping them connect with young audiences through community, social, experiential and ambassador-led campaigns.
