As an Account Manager at this agency, you will play an integral part by representing the company through faultless account management and client services. You will be responsible for ensuring major clients receive the best service for all projects. You will lead the day to day tasks of assigned client’s business, whilst looking ahead to plan resource and identify opportunities of future growth and where to add value. You will have the ability to evaluate and adapt to changing situations and be agile with responses, with the ability to have difficult conversations without escalation and with constant levels of professionalism.
