We're looking for an exceptional Experiential Senior Designer to lead the creative vision behind immersive brand experiences, exhibitions, activations, and environments and work with great clients across fashion, fintech, beauty and sport. This is an opportunity for a highly creative and commercially minded designer who can move seamlessly between big ideas and meticulous execution. You'll shape concepts from pitch to delivery, oversee both 2D and 3D design output, mentor junior creatives, and help define the standard of design excellence across the business.

What you'll bring:

  • 7+ years in experiential, spatial, environmental, or brand experience design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing immersive experiences and branded environments
  • Expertise in 3D design, rendering, technical drawing, and AI-powered creative tools
  • Experience leading creative projects and developing design talent
  • Knowledge of fabrication, materials, AV integration, exhibitions, and live environments
