Strategy Director – Advertising agency, global account
We’re on the hunt for a Strategy Director to head up a new FMCG account win, shaping the brand’s future while guiding a team of bright strategic minds.
The Role
This isn’t just about writing briefs—it’s about big brand thinking. From cultural insights to tactical executions, you’ll be the driving force behind work that not only gets noticed but makes an impact. You’ll collaborate with creatives, business leads, and fellow strategists to turn smart thinking into game-changing campaigns. This role will also give you the chance to dive into new business pitches, agency-wide initiatives, and other exciting accounts.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the charge —owning the strategic vision for the account and pushing its creative potential.
- Work as a unit —partnering closely with creative and account teams to deliver standout work.
- Inspire and sell —presenting with charisma, clarity, and a knack for making the complex feel simple.
- Mentor & elevate —guiding junior strategists and setting the bar for great thinking.
