Are you an experienced Account Manager with a passion and experience of experiential marketing, live events, and delivering outstanding client experiences? We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Account Manager to join a fast-growing marketing and events agency that delivers impactful campaigns for some of the world's most recognised consumer and business brands.
Working across a diverse portfolio of clients, you'll play a key role in bringing campaigns to life—from large-scale experiential activations and sampling campaigns to trade events, product launches, PR stunts, festivals, and bespoke brand experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on variety, and wants genuine opportunities for career progression.
The Role
- Managing client relationships and supporting the successful delivery of campaigns and events.
- Planning and coordinating event logistics from concept through to execution.
- Researching, sourcing, negotiating, and booking event venues.
- Liaising with production suppliers and partners to deliver high-quality event builds and activations.
- Recruiting, briefing, and managing event staff.
- Preparing client contact reports, event evaluations, and campaign updates.
- Supporting the development of proposals, presentations, and pitch documents.
- Managing project budgets and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Working closely with senior team members to develop strategic and creative campaign ideas.
- Attending events across the UK, supporting builds, activations, and client-facing activity.
About You
- Experience within experiential marketing, events, brand activations, or a similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of event logistics, production, and operational planning.
- Experience delivering sampling campaigns, promotional activity, or live events.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent collaboration skills and experience managing multiple stakeholders.
- A willingness to travel throughout the UK and occasionally stay away overnight when required.
