Are you passionate about design and working for a London Agency? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Junior Project Manager to support both local and international retail projects for a leading FMCG brand. Working alongside an Account Director, you’ll help bring clients' visions to life through collaboration with design, production, and external teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create cost estimates, purchase orders, and profit & loss reports for clients and suppliers.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, keeping them informed at every stage.
  • Prepare health & safety documents, risk assessments, and method statements.
  • Assist with paperwork and client presentations throughout project stages.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to learn and grow your skills.
What We’re Looking For:
  • At least one year of experience in an agency, ideally in retail as an account executive or a junior project management position.
  • Strong client-facing experience, with the ability to build relationships.
  • Basic knowledge of design, build processes, and technical drawings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new software.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skills.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for branding and retail environments.
  • Adaptability, motivation, and a desire to grow within the company.
