We are working with a brilliant creative agency who believe in the power of creativity, collaboration, and delivering standout results for our clients. We’re on the lookout for a Junior Account Director to take ownership of one of their key client accounts—and lead it to even greater heights.

If you love building strong relationships, thinking commercially, and making things happen with a smile, this could be your perfect next move.

What you’ll be doing:

You\’ll be the main point of contact and strategic lead for a major client—responsible for their success and growth within our agency. That means:

• Owning the client relationship and being their go-to person.
• Making sure they are not just hitting targets, but smashing them—sales, margin, and service.
• Keeping things fresh—bringing innovative ideas to the table and growing the account in all the right directions.
• Staying on top of forecasts, budgets, and reporting. You’ll know your numbers and use them to drive decisions.
• Keeping your finger on the pulse of the market—what’s trending, what competitors are up to, and what’s coming next.

What you bring to the table:

• You’ve worked with blue-chip clients before.
• You’ve been in a creative agency,or retail/brand environment.
• Experience in shopper marketing and print POS/POP.
• You know how to lead accounts, spot opportunities, and deliver exceptional service.
• You\’re commercially sharp, love a spreadsheet, and understand what makes clients tick.
• You’re a natural relationship-builder—warm, collaborative, and confident.
• You’re comfortable leading a team, managing complex projects, and juggling priorities.
• You\’re a great communicator—clear, thoughtful, and persuasive.
• You bring energy, positivity, and a drive to get things done (and done well).
