We’re looking for a commercially driven and creatively minded Senior Business Development Manager to join a leading independent brand strategy and design consultancy in London. This is a pivotal role within the Growth team, working on both outbound and inbound new business opportunities while helping shape the agency’s market presence, reputation, and pipeline strategy. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to nurture opportunities, lead high-impact pitches and proposals, and drive conversion across a diverse portfolio of prospective clients.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and qualifying inbound opportunities through the sales pipeline
- Supporting outbound lead generation and proactive business development activity
- Leading pitches, proposals, RFIs, and RFPs from brief to delivery
- Collaborating with Strategy, Design, Futures, Marketing, and Client Management teams
- Developing compelling presentations, budgets, and growth plans
- Planning and delivering targeted new business events and activations
- Helping shape marketing themes and messaging aligned to market opportunities
