- Champion Zopa’s tone of voice – ensuring it’s applied confidently and consistently across platforms
- Contribute to raising the bar – offering feedback to freelancers or peers and helping codify content best practice
- Work with the social media manager to ensure messaging is consistent across campaigns (you won’t write social copy, but you’ll advise on tone, claims and alignment)
What we’re looking for
- Experience leading content across a product or channel area, ideally in a fintech, digital or fast-moving environment
- Strong editorial skills – able to simplify complex ideas and structure content that’s engaging and effective
- Strong creative and editorial instinct – able to recognise what makes content effective, adapt tone confidently across different touchpoints, and bring product storytelling into the user experience

- Comfortable owning a roadmap and proactively identifying opportunities using analytics, SEO data and user research
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, engagement metrics and A/B testing platforms
- Working knowledge of SEO principles – and experience partnering with SEO teams or agencies
- A collaborative mindset – confident working with product, UX, compliance, CRM and creative

- You take ownership of your work and care about how it performs once it’s live –
- You’re comfortable in a fast moving environment – ready to adapt when priorities shift and excited to shape how things are done
- Confident giving feedback and helping others improve – even without formal line management responsibilities
