You will have a hands-on role in the design, development, and launch of new products. This position requires a unique blend of business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. ## What you'll do * Create and manage the product strategy and road map in line with company objectives * Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver on the product vision * Lead the planning and execution of product releases * Use Customer Journey Mapping (CJM), Kanban, and other methodologies to drive product success * Regularly interact with customers to gain insights and feedback around product needs and improvements * Be open-minded and creative, embracing the company culture rooted in light drugs and rock n roll ## What we're seeking * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field * 0-5 years of professional experience in product management * Experience in using CJM and Kanban methodologies * Understanding of the product life cycle * Strong project management and communication skills * Ability to think creatively and strategically, solving problems and making decisions * Good technical knowledge and ability to work closely with engineers and designers * Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment ## Additional Information At Creative, we value diversity and always treat all employees and job applicants based on merit, qualifications, competence, and talent.
