Salary: £26,687 FTE (£2,688 pro rata). The full-time annual salary for this post is £26,687. This role is for 4 hours per week so the salary is calculated on a ‘pro rata’ basis, which means the annual salary is £2,668.
Grade: 1.4
Hours: 4hrs a week (16 hours a month). 16 hours to be worked across each month which will equate to around 4 hours per week. This can be worked flexibly in agreement with the line manager.

About The Role: We have 3 x Youth Content Creator posts available. Each will specialise in one area of content creation across video, audio (likely interviews, podcasts, radio shows) or written pieces. Please state which role you are interested in when applying. This is an exciting chance to be part of something led by young people, for young people. The project will create a youth-led digital storytelling service where young people share their experiences, explore issues affecting their lives, and highlight opportunities and support available locally. This is about voice and influence — using creativity and storytelling to help young people be heard, shape conversations, and influence local services. These roles are funded through a youth employment initiative, aimed at supporting individuals aged 16–25 into employment. We particularly welcome applications from candidates within this age group and may prioritise these applicants as part of our commitment to supporting young people into work, in line with funding expectations.
About Us: Creative Youth Network is an award-winning charity with a mission to enable young people to reach their potential, no matter what their background or circumstances. Operating across Bristol and South Gloucestershire, we offer a range of services ranging from our 9 local youth clubs, to targeted support for young people with specific needs, work within schools (in particular for young people at risk of disengaging from education), and an exciting range of creative courses, programmes and activities, including early career support for young people embarking on careers in the creative sector. Our services are rated “Outstanding” by the National Youth Agency.
