You will work at the heart of our global operations, turning fragmented, unstructured data into a standardized "single source of truth." Your goal is to make data accessible and indispensable, helping the business move away from manual spreadsheets toward a sophisticated, KPI-led culture. If you are a problem-solver who thrives on making sense of complex data landscapes, this role offers the opportunity to shape the future of analytics at a global scale.

What You Will Do:

  • Design, build, and maintain high-performance Power BI dashboards delivering timely, actionable insights to global stakeholders.
  • Perform advanced data cleansing, transformation, and ETL automation using Power Query and related tools to standardize disparate data sources.
  • Translate business objectives into clearly defined, reliable KPIs and metrics, ensuring consistent interpretation across the organization.
  • Develop and optimize automated data pipelines to eliminate manual reporting and improve data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough data validation, QA, and UAT to ensure accuracy and trust in all BI outputs.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver clear, meaningful data storytelling in plain language.
  • Maintain technical documentation, including data dictionaries and process documentation, to support scalability and governance.

Position Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, or analytics, with a strong portfolio of Power BI projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, and DAX, including complex measures and data models.
  • Expert-level Excel skills (advanced formulas, Power Pivot, and data modeling).
  • Working knowledge of SQL for querying and extracting data from relational databases.
  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and comfort working with unstructured or imperfect data.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences and influence decision-making with data.
  • Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience); project-based or media/broadcast experience is a plus.
