We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Oracle Fusion Functional Lead to support and enhance our Oracle Fusion ERP environment. This role will serve as a key bridge between business users and technology teams, ensuring system stability, continuous process improvement, and successful adoption of new Oracle capabilities.
The ideal candidate possesses strong functional expertise in Oracle Financials, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to drive ERP optimisation initiatives across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Act as System Owner for user support and ensure smooth financial month-end closing operations
- Collaborate with Users to transform business requirements into effective ERP solutions
- Perform Oracle Fusion configuration, master data setup, and system maintenance activities
- Analyse, assess, test, and implement new features introduced through Oracle Fusion quarterly releases
- Develop and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher reports for financial and operational reporting
- Drive progressive rollout and adoption of Oracle Fusion Redwood user experience
- Conduct user training sessions, workshops, and change management activities for major process enhancements
- Champion continuous process optimisation and system improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with governance and audit requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion ERP
- Strong functional expertise in Oracle Financials modules, particularly in GL, AP, Expense, AR, Costing and global Tax setup
- Experience in Oracle Supply Chain / Operations modules will be an added advantage
- Exposure to Oracle Financial Consolidation (FCCS) solutions is preferred
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Possess sufficient SQL knowledge and technical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with OTBI and BI Publisher reporting tools
