Job description Senior Recruitment Consultant (Education) £25k-£32k plus commission Portsmouth Creative Teachers are expanding their Portsmouth team and are therefore looking to recruit anexperienced recruitment consultant, from the education recruitment sector.We are looking for an ambitious, service driven individual, who thrives in a busy, fast paced environment. What the role will involve: Sales/business development with new and existing clients to win business from schools Working with clients, identifying their needs and requirements to fill their vacancies Attending client meetings, school visits, recruitment fairs and expos Searching for candidates through various tools, such as advertising, cv searching, referrals and utilising the CRM Shortlisting CVs, contacting educators and interviewing face to face to build a pipeline of candidates Supporting schools with educators on a temporary and permanent basis Assisting schools with emergency cover on a daily basis, filling bookings quickly Maintain regular contact with your candidates and clients, building excellent lasting relationships Benefits include: Extremely competitive basic salary – £25k to £32k depending on experience Highly attractive uncapped commission structure Work from home for 2 days per week after initial training period Working hours 7-4 Reduced working hours during school holidays Early finish every Friday during term time If you have 2 years plus experience in Education Recruitment within an agency setting then I would love to hear from you!
