The business continues to invest heavily in its UK tax capability and is looking to appoint a Corporate Tax Technical Director to play a key role in developing the practice.This is not a back-office technical role.You will be the firm's technical authority across a broad range of corporate tax matters, supporting partners and client-facing teams on complex advisory work, providing technical leadership, developing internal knowledge and helping shape the firm's corporate tax offering as it continues to grow.The technical work is broad and genuinely advisory-led.
Recent projects have included corporate acquisitions and disposals, tax due diligence, group reorganisations, debt restructurings, inbound investment planning, international structuring and complex cross-border transactions.
The client base includes entrepreneurial businesses, private equity-backed companies and multinational groups, providing exposure to a wide range of UK and international corporate tax issues.The firm combines a genuinely international reach with a less hierarchical environment than many traditional firms.
