About the Role:

- Provide advice on Share Option Plans and Employee Incentive Schemes, including Employee Share Schemes, EMI Share Options, Unapproved Share Options, Nil Paid Share Options, Growth Shares, EBTs, JSOPs, and CSOPs.
- Support SME clients in addressing their corporate legal requirements, working closely with the accountancy and tax practice to provide comprehensive services.
