The role involves providing OMB/SME tax advisory services to clients' portfolios, which typically consist of high growth business clients. The Role
- You'll be working on complex corporate tax compliance projects, mainly within the field of R&D tax, though also in other areas from time to time.
- Examples of the types of projects you'll work on include:
- Preparing and submitting R&D tax credit claims.
- EIS/SEIS issues.
- Employment-related securities and equity incentives.
- Corporate tax advisory and due diligence.
- Dealing with HMRC tax enquiries.
- Handling client billing and collection of debtors.
- Reviewing the tax work of general practice and junior members of staff, providing training where necessary.
- Leading or being involved in presentations, both internal and external.
