The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

This opportunity sits within a top-ranked mid-tier firm with a highly regarded private client team.

The quality of the work is comparable to what you would typically associate with a Top 6 environment, particularly around offshore trusts, international private client matters and complex tax planning, but within a much smaller and more visible team.

You will work closely with experienced Partners and Directors on offshore trust and tax matters, with direct involvement in client relationships and advisory work rather than operating several layers away from decision‑making.

The client base includes HNWIs, entrepreneurial families, trusts and internationally mobile individuals, with a strong focus on long‑term advisory relationships and complex private client work.

The team itself is growing, creating genuine progression prospects. There is a realistic route through to Senior Manager within roughly 12–24 months for the right person, with progression based more on capability, contribution and visibility than hierarchy alone.

The environment is balanced and collaborative. The firm offers high-quality work and strong clients, but without the long-hours culture and excessive process often associated with larger firms.

This role would suit someone looking for strong technical work, closer exposure to senior people and a clearer progression path within a high-quality private client environment.
