Your Role

Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing share schemes and broader employment-related security tax advisory work for both standalone companies and groups.
- Engaging with HMRC on valuations and clearances.
- Executing share schemes advisory tasks, including EMI and CSOP design and drafting, growth share design and implementation, share valuations, and the preparation of share schemes sections of due diligence reports.
- Nurturing and guiding junior team members.
- Mastering billing and client management to ensure optimal service delivery.
