You'll join the Manchester team of a leading UK accountancy firm with international reach, taking responsibility for a varied corporate client portfolio and working closely with Senior Managers and Partners. You'll support and lead advisory projects covering company and group restructurings, acquisitions, disposals, tax due diligence, exit planning and succession, alongside more complex matters involving international tax, transfer pricing, R&D and Patent Box. You'll manage day-to-day client relationships, oversee the delivery of work across your portfolio and identify opportunities where clients could benefit from additional tax advice.
