The work is varied and includes PAYE and benefits, employment-related securities, share option arrangements, employment tax due diligence, IR35 status reviews, cross-border employment issues and reward planning for senior executives.
Much of the value in the role comes from taking complex employment tax rules and explaining them clearly to finance teams, HR leaders and business owners.
Senior people remain closely involved in projects, and there is a collaborative working style where technical discussion is encouraged.
The role would suit an ATT or CTA qualified employment tax specialist with strong technical experience and the confidence to deal directly with clients.
